United States Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Effective: September 1, 2017
Unless otherwise stated, any purchase made directly from Transzest Corp, via online, through our call center, or at our physical store locations, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price with limitations. Those limitations include:
- The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase with the original receipt
- The merchandise, in Transzest’s sole opinion, must be in re-salable condition and in its original packaging and container including all packaged materials (e.g. manuals, batteries, accessories, and the like)
- The merchandise must be insured during return shipping and REQUIRE A SIGNATURE for delivery
- If shipping fees on your original purchase were paid by Transzest, meaning the shipping was free to you, we may deduct original shipping charges incurred by Transzest from your refund
- The merchandise may be subject to 20% restocking fee
- Defective merchandise will be processed in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty and re-shipped to you
- Shipping fee are not refundable
- Merchandise returned by a shipping company due to their inability to deliver will be refunded to you less all shipping charges
- If your returned merchandise has been deemed by Transzest as non-refundable, we will be happy to return the merchandise to you at your expense
- Steamers, Steam Cleaners and Carpet Shampooers are not returnable once used
Transzest will refund the purchase price, but not provide a product exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise this policy by following the instructions below:
How to Return an Item
1. You must return the item within 30 days of purchase of the product along with the original receipt and a signed letter stating your full name, telephone number, address, date of purchase, and the reason for the return.
2. Mail/ship your returned item to:

Merchandise that has been physically damaged, excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. You agree that these determinations are made solely at Transzest's discretion.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.
We will provide refund payments through PayPal for purchases made via PayPal. All other refunds will be made by bank check. In the event that the PayPal account used to place the order has been closed or is unable to receive funds, we will issue a bank check.
We reserve the right to include up to a 20% restocking fee, which would be deducted from your refund.

This policy is not to be confused with the manufacturer's warranty which continues even after this 30-day return policy expires.
